About Us

Hendry Glades Audubon Society

Hendry-Glades Audubon Society encompasses both counties in Southern Florida. We are a seasonal group that holds monthly meeting programs September through May.

These free programs are held at the Hendry County Extension Service in the Dallas Townsend Building located at 1085 Pratt Blvd. in LaBelle on the 2nd Monday of each month.

If you would like to participate in other outdoor activities during the warmer months, the Fisheating Creek Chapter of the Florida Trail Association usually has planned activities. You can join the Facebook page or email Margaret England at hgaudubon@gmail.comor more information about those activities. Find us on Facebook at Hendry Glades Audubon Society.

Fisheating Creek Chapter of the Florida Trails Association

Fisheating Creek Chapter of the Florida Trails Association. We hike, bike, kayak, volunteer for park clean up and clipping, etc. and just love to be outdoors. Most of our activities are during the winter season, but we also have activities during some of the summer months.

We are serving the Hendry / Glades Counties in Florida and also connect with our friends the Alligator Amblers Chapter of the Florida Trail Association in Lee County.

Go to our Events page to see what is coming up or sign up on Facebook to get automatic notification when an event is added.
